Insurance claim specialists
A roof claim is something most homeowners do once or twice. We do it every week. That experience matters when an adjuster has a few minutes on your roof and a lot of houses to see. Our job is to make sure the real damage is documented and seen.
How a roof claim works with Dryco
- Free inspectionWe inspect the roof up close and give you dated photos in a written report.
- Open the claimIf there is storm damage, we help you file with your insurance company.
- Adjuster meetingWe meet the adjuster on site and walk the damage with them.
- Scope and supplementsIf something was missed, we document it and ask for it to be added.
- Build and close outYour new roof goes on and we handle the paperwork to the finish.

What you pay
On an approved claim, your out-of-pocket cost is your deductible. We do not play games with it. If the damage is not there, we tell you, and we will not push you to file a claim that will not hold up.
Why documentation matters
Adjusters approve what they can see. Our reports show each slope, each type of damage and the date we found it. That is the evidence a claim stands on. It also protects you if questions come up later.
Not sure you have damage? Start with a free roof inspection. If the storm left its mark, see our storm damage page for what we look for.
Your roof, your choice
You choose who replaces your roof, not the insurance company. When the claim is approved, we install a full new system with GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed or IKO shingles, and walk the finished roof with you. More on our roof replacement process.
