After the storm
North Georgia gets spring and summer thunderstorms that bring hail, straight-line wind and the odd tornado warning. Damage often is not obvious from the yard. Hail bruises shingles and knocks granules loose, and wind can lift tabs that look fine from below and leak months later.
If a storm has rolled through, a free inspection answers the question for certain, and the photos are dated in case you need them for a claim.
What we look for
- Hail bruising, cracked shingles and granule loss.
- Creased, lifted or missing shingles from wind.
- Limb and tree strikes, punctures and broken decking.
- Bent flashing, dented vents, gutters and drip edge.
- Water getting into the attic or ceilings.

Documentation your adjuster can use
We photograph the damage up close on the roof, slope by slope, and put it in a written report. Clear, dated documentation is what makes the difference between a claim that is approved and one that is argued over.
Help with the insurance side
If the damage is there, we help you open the claim, meet the adjuster on the roof to walk the damage, and handle the paperwork through to the finished roof. On an approved claim, your out-of-pocket is your deductible. Read more about roof insurance claims.
Repair or replace
Some storms mean a few shingles and a pipe boot. Others mean a full roof replacement. We tell you which, show you why, and give you a written plan either way.
